By order of the Trade Federation Viceroy and his Cabinet, armed forces of the Federation have constructed shields over many Federation planets. In order to insure protection from parties who would wish to cause harm, these planets will remain shielded. Access through shields can be granted to select factions, governments and people. To gain access you must seek approval from the Federation Security Service. Once approval is granted, you may proceed to your destination. It is highly suggested you contact the FSS in advance of your trip to make sure access is ready before your arrival.
